Using the service

Barely Wishlist gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for personal or internal lawful purposes, subject to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Barely Wishlist.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including any public sharing settings you enable.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Barely Wishlist, including wishlist titles, descriptions, item details, links, and images. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request.

If you make a wishlist public, you authorize us to make that wishlist and its associated item content available through its public link until you change the visibility setting or delete the content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service, including probing, scanning, or bypassing restrictions.
• Use automated methods to abuse the service, overload it, or scrape non-public parts of the app.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content.

Third-party services and links

Barely Wishlist relies on third-party services, including authentication and storage providers. The app also allows you to save or preview third-party item links. We are not responsible for third-party services, products, websites, or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Barely Wishlist does not currently sell products or process payments through the app. Any purchase you choose to make happens with the third-party merchant you visit.

Availability and changes

Barely Wishlist is an evolving service. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation of the service is no longer practical. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barely Wishlist and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
